Whistleblowing system
1. General information and contact
The employees of DPE Investment Gesellschaft mbH are encouraged and incentivized to report possible violations of legal regulations as well as the regulations set out in our compliance guideline.
For this purpose, DPE Investment Gesellschaft mbH has set up a whistleblower system that allows not only employees but also business partners, customers, or other third parties to report specific indications of the aforementioned violations by employees of DPE Investment Gesellschaft mbH or the companies belonging to the group in person, by telephone, in writing or by email. This enables risks to be identified and addressed at an early stage and appropriate remedial action to be taken if necessary.
Confidentiality and the protection of whistleblowers are paramount. If desired, information can also be provided anonymously. In the event of an anonymous report from a whistleblower, it is our policy not to take any steps to identify the whistleblower.
