About Air Alliance Group

The Air Alliance Group, headquartered at Siegerland Airport, is an integrated aviation company with three business segments: air ambulance flights, aircraft maintenance and conversion, as well as aircraft trading.

With a fleet of 18 specially equipped medium- and long-range jets, AirAlliance is one of Europe’s market leaders in air ambulance flights and offers the full range of in-flight medical care for patients.

With more than 100 highly qualified employees, the company’s own aircraft maintenance facility at the Siegerland airport offers the full range of inspection, maintenance and repair services required by aviation law for its own air ambulance fleet and for civil aircraft, primarily from the manufacturers Pilatus and Cessna. As an EASA Part 21 (J) approved company, Air Alliance also performs aircraft conversions and upgrades.

Air Alliance sells new and used aircraft through its trading division and is the official sales and service center for Pilatus Aircraft and Gulfstream in Germany and Austria.
